1. Florianópolis: two free shows and parties from R$ 450 to R$ 1,000

The city government confirmed Ana Castela at Beira-Mar Norte and Sorriso Maroto at Beira-Mar Continental, both free. Times, fireworks and the transport plan have not yet been announced. In 2025/26, there were nine barges and 15 minutes of fireworks.
Among the paid parties, Nossa Virada (Lagoa) started at R$ 450 with open bar only and R$ 650 with food. Na Ilha (Centro) went for R$ 490 with open bar or R$ 850 all inclusive. The Baile da Virada (Ingleses) cost R$ 530 to R$ 650 in the 2nd tier, plus a 15% fee (October 7, 2026).
The island is big, so pick the party before the hotel. Centro and Beira-Mar Norte work for those going to the free show; Ingleses, Canasvieiras or Lagoa suit the private parties.

2. Balneário Camboriú: waterfront fireworks and parties from R$ 350

The city government has not yet announced the 2027 edition. In the last two countdowns, there were about 15 minutes of fireworks from 8 barges and roughly 1 million people at Praia Central. Treat the pattern as a reference, not a guarantee.
Carpe Vita, at the Ocean Place in Barra Sul, offers open bar, a banquet and a view of the fireworks: R$ 650 for women and R$ 800 for men in the 1st tier. The Forest, with Marcos & Belutti, is in Camboriú on the BR-101 and starts at R$ 350 for women’s VIP in the 1st tier, plus a 15% fee (18+).
The critical point is finding a room. On September 25, 2026, Booking showed only 11 hotels available for December 30 to January 2. Book with free cancellation.

3. Bombinhas: beach fireworks in 2025/26 and 2027 schedule pending

In 2025/26, there were low-noise fireworks in Bombas, Bombinhas Centro and Zimbros, plus shows on four beaches, including Canto Grande. The city government has not yet confirmed the 2027 edition, so use these spots only as a hint.
The countdown spreads across several beaches rather than a single waterfront. So choose lodging that lets you walk to and from the beach you prefer.
On Booking, there were three nights for two people at around R$ 3,000 (Residencial Onda Azul) in September 2026. Those driving pay the R$ 40 TPA per entry.

The locations and time of the 2026/27 fireworks have not yet been released. In 2025/26, there were six barges, four at Meia Praia and two in Centro, with about 12 minutes of fireworks and 500,000 people along the waterfront.
The Itapema Beach Hotel, in Itapema, advertises a five-night package with dinner, half board or full board, recreation and complimentary stays for up to two children aged up to 12. The price depends on the apartment and is informed by the hotel itself.
Through the platform, the guide recorded three nights for two people at R$ 3,702 at the Tri Hotel Premium, in Meia Praia, in September 2026.

5. Penha: quiet beach and Beto Carrero, no public party announced

Penha has no public party announced for 2026/27. In the last edition, according to the Costa Verde & Mar portal, there was also no official party or municipal fireworks. Those wanting a traditional display should look at Balneário Camboriú or Itapema.
Pedra da Ilha and Solar Pedra da Ilha sell a dinner with activities, but the dinner pages still show New Year’s Eve 2026 (December 26 to January 2). Ask for confirmation of 2026/27 before paying.
Beto Carrero World has its own ticket and calendar, with no countdown party announced. Armação is the practical base for the park and beaches.

6. Praia do Rosa: two announced parties and tickets from R$ 660 to R$ 2,418

Praia do Rosa is in Imbituba (SC). Solaris, on the Fazenda Verde deck (9 pm to 5:30 am), has open bar and food until 11:30 pm. The ticket does not include a table.
The other party, at Fazenda do Rosa, has open bar all night and food until 2 am. The prices above are from tiers 3 and 4, in September 2026. Confirm in writing with the organizers the rules for minors’ entry.
There is no public stage or fireworks announced. Choose lodging based on access to the party, because the little town center doesn’t always allow you to walk back.

7. Torres: Paralamas do Sucesso booked and 18 minutes of fireworks

On September 18, 2026, the city government published the hiring notice for Paralamas do Sucesso for New Year’s Eve 2026/2027. The notice confirms the band but does not state the time, fireworks or whether access will be free.
The last edition serves as a reference: shows at Praia Grande on December 30 and 31, with Baile do LG at 8 pm and Jeito Moleque at midnight. The fireworks lasted about 18 minutes, and the city government estimated 850,000 people over two days, with no public methodology.
Stay near Praia Grande or Centro and walk the final stretch. Expresso Nova Palmira sells a package from December 30 to January 3 with transport, hotel and breakfast.

The city government has not yet announced a show or fireworks for 2027. In the last two countdowns, there were eight minutes of free fireworks next to the Igreja do Relógio, with a show on Rua Coberta at 10:30 pm. The 2025/26 schedule came out only on December 13.
Those wanting a guarantee buy a dinner: Bal Masqué cost R$ 890 plus a R$ 71.20 fee, and the Ceia Laghetto Siena, R$ 650 plus R$ 65. Three hotels selling dinner were already sold out on Booking on September 25.
Natal Luz keeps the city lit during countdown week, with shows on December 30 and January 1. It’s a mountain countdown, colder and quieter than a beach one.

9. Canela: free Sonho de Natal and dinner at R$ 550

Canela had 17 minutes of fireworks at the Catedral de Pedra for the 2024 countdown, but the city government canceled the display the following year. For 2027, there is no announcement. Sonho de Natal (39th edition) has a free schedule downtown.
The Vivre dinner, at Laghetto Viverone, runs from 8 pm to 1 am, with a buffet and live music. Children aged 6 to 11 pay R$ 275, and those up to 5 pay nothing.
To have guaranteed fireworks, sleep in Canela and spend midnight in Gramado, about 8 km away, with transport booked.

10. Porto Alegre: Harmonia is the benchmark and Cabaret already sells 2027

The public benchmark is Parque Harmonia, which in 2025/26 had a free general area from 4:30 pm on December 31 until 3 am on January 1, with Samba 90 Graus, Di Ferrero and Renato Borghetti. There is no confirmation of the 2027 format.
The private Cabaret party already announces the 2026/27 countdown, for ages 18 and over, in the Centro Histórico. So the Centro Histórico is the most practical base, and check the route back.
With no special buses or road closures confirmed for 2027, arrange your ride back before leaving the hotel.

11. Curitiba: Virada Paradisíaca at Ópera de Arame from R$ 231

Curitiba has no municipal public party announced for 2026/27. The Christmas decorations run until January 6, 2027, but that’s not a countdown show. The Jardim Botânico opens from 6 am to 7:30 pm and will have no fireworks announced.
Virada Paradisíaca takes place at the Ópera de Arame, in Abranches, with general admission, DJs and one hour of sparkling wine (9 pm to 10 pm). Dinner is sold separately, and the event is 18+.
Batel is the base for restaurants, and Centro for sightseeing. Plan transport to the Ópera, because it’s far from both.

At Praça da Paz, the 2025/26 Show da Virada drew more than 4,000 people, according to a Fundação Cultural document. The 2026/27 public schedule has not yet been released.
Those staying in Centro can walk to the square. For the party, arrange transport back, because it’s outside the center.
