The city of Florianópolis has confirmed two national acts for the 2027 celebration: Ana Castela on Beira-Mar Norte and Sorriso Maroto on Beira-Mar Continental. Admission is free, but times, local artists, set lengths, access points and the full setup had not been published as of October 23, 2026. Sorriso Maroto was announced by the city on 07/20/2026 (PMF, 07/20/2026) and Ana Castela on 07/27/2026 (PMF, 07/27/2026), with the full lineup still to be released. Last edition, the city announced the stages and Raça Negra on 10/15/2025 and confirmed Dilsinho on 10/28/2025 (PMF, 10/28/2025).
The setup for the New Year’s Eve fireworks in Florianópolis 2027 also remained unannounced. In the previous edition, for the arrival of 2026, the city deployed nine barges — six on Beira-Mar Norte, two on Beira-Mar Continental and one near Parque de Coqueiros — with 15 minutes of fireworks of low sound impact, a light show and a cascade on the Hercílio Luz Bridge. That historical blueprint helps you understand the central axis, but it does not confirm barges, duration or fireworks for 2027. Jurerê, Canasvieiras and Centro: where to spend New Year’s Eve for free
If your priority is catching the confirmed city lineup, choose Beira-Mar Norte for Ana Castela or Beira-Mar Continental for Sorriso Maroto. They’re the only public hubs announced for the 2027 edition as of this guide’s cutoff date.
In Jurerê and Canasvieiras, the sand is public, but that doesn’t turn the fireworks from clubs, hotels or parties into a city-run show. We found no city announcement of public fireworks on these beaches for 2027. P12 confirms exclusive fireworks inside Spettacolo, in Jurerê Internacional, and Baile da Virada states it holds its own fireworks display in front of Praia dos Ingleses; these are private attractions tied to their respective tickets.
For anyone looking for where to spend New Year’s Eve in Floripa without paying for a party, the safest bet today is to stay in Centro/Continente and follow the official channels. Heading to Jurerê or Canasvieiras expecting a specific public fireworks show is a gamble with no official confirmation.

What’s changed since August: Nossa Virada joined the list, with a 12/31 party at Panorama Conceição, facing the Lagoa, and a lineup with DJ Gui Carlin, Banda Gruv and an open-air electronic stage. Na Ilha Réveillon now shows the 1st-tier price on Ingresse. P12 confirmed the 19th edition of Spettacolo and open food by chefs Hugo Olaechea and Sara Sánchez; the drinks menu is still “coming soon.” At Baile da Virada, the box office now shows the 15% fee on each 2nd-tier ticket.
Réveillon Lua Nova is back on sale, now on Zig (10/22/2026), with premium open bar from 10pm to 5am. Buy only through the party’s official page.

Praia de Santo Antônio de Lisboa helps you picture another side of the island, but it doesn’t replace choosing a base near the party: on the 31st, the distance between neighborhoods matters more than the map suggests.
How to get there, get out, and avoid crossing the island at dawn
The special transport plan and road closures for 2027 haven’t been announced yet. In the previous edition, the bus system ran on a Saturday schedule on December 31 and added extra service after midnight; on January 1, it used Sunday hours with extra vehicles. That’s 2026 history, not a promise for 2027.
The practical rule is geographic: if you choose the public event, sleep in Centro, Agronômica, Estreito or Coqueiros; if you buy P12, stay in Jurerê; Na Ilha Réveillon is in Centro, walkable from Beira-Mar; Baile da Virada pairs with Ingleses; Lua Nova with Cachoeira do Bom Jesus or Canasvieiras.
