Cookie Policy

Last updated: 15 September 2026.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your computer, tablet, or mobile phone when you visit a website. They allow the website to recognise your device on later visits and remember information such as language preferences or previous choices. In this policy, “cookies” also includes equivalent technologies such as pixels, tags, and browser local storage.

2. How we ask for your permission

On your first visit to voyagevoyage.com.br, we display a cookie notice offering three equally prominent options: accept all, reject all, or customise your choices by category.

Non-essential cookies — analytics and advertising — are only set after you give permission. They remain blocked while you have not made a choice or if you reject them. Continuing to browse, scrolling the page, or closing the notice does not constitute consent.

You may change your mind or withdraw consent at any time without disadvantage by using the cookie-preferences link available in the footer of every page.

3. Cookies we use

3.1. Essential cookies (always active)

These cookies are necessary for the website to work. They maintain the session, remember your language selection and cookie choices, and help protect the website from abuse and fraudulent requests. They do not require consent because the website cannot operate without them, so they cannot be disabled through the preferences panel.

3.2. Analytics and performance cookies (require consent)

We do not currently load Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager in visitors’ browsers. If these tools are enabled in the future, they will be configured to respect your consent choice and this policy will be updated.

3.3. Affiliate links

voyagevoyage.com.br is funded in part through links to travel partners, currently including Civitatis. When you follow a link, a referral parameter may accompany the visit to identify this website as the source and attribute any commission. That parameter identifies the referring website, not you. Any booking takes place on the partner’s website and is governed by its privacy policy.

3.4. Advertising cookies and identifiers (require your permission where applicable)

voyagevoyage.com.br displays ads through Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies, identifiers, and similar technologies to serve, measure, and, where you consent and it is permitted, personalise ads. You can accept, reject, or review your choices through the consent banner. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland receive a dedicated Google message with options to consent, not consent, or manage choices.

4. Third-party cookies

The advertising cookies and identifiers described in section 3.4 may be set by Google and its partners as third parties, and their use of data is governed by their policies. You can read them at policies.google.com/privacy and manage Google advertising preferences through My Ad Center.

Some third-party tools store data on servers outside Brazil. These international transfers are described in section 7 of our Privacy Policy.

5. How long cookies remain on your device

Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain for a defined period — generally from a few days to up to 24 months, depending on their purpose and the tool that sets them — and may be renewed on a later visit if your consent remains valid.

6. Managing cookies outside our website

In addition to our preferences panel, you can configure your browser to block or delete cookies. Instructions are available in each browser’s help or settings area: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. If you use more than one device or browser, you must change the settings on each one.

Blocking essential cookies through your browser may prevent parts of the website from working correctly.

7. Your rights

Data collected through cookies may be personal data, and you have all rights granted by Article 18 of Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018), including access, correction, deletion, and withdrawal of consent. Details and the channel for exercising those rights are provided in section 10 of our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy when the tools we use or the applicable law changes. The current version will always be available on this page with the latest update date shown at the top.

9. Contact

Questions about this Cookie Policy or our processing of your data may be sent to contato@voyagevoyage.com.br.
