The former Terra Wing is now sold as Sauípe Terra Resort, and it’s the entry-level hotel: in the 09/26/2026 search, it cost R$ 4,221 less than Mar Premium and R$ 9,961 less than Brisa, for the same 4 nights. Terra guests get the same Arena lineup and the same fireworks; the difference is the hotel itself.

According to the official website, Terra is close to Vila Nova da Praia and has restaurants and bars with “grab and go” service (no poolside waiter). Mar Premium is the closest to the beach and has been renovated; Sol and Brisa have concierge service and waiter service at the pool and restaurant. If a couple wants peace and quiet, Brisa is worth it; if a family wants action and a good price, Terra does the job.
