The all-inclusive New Year’s Eve 2027 is the night of December 31, 2026 into January 1, 2027 spent at a resort that sells lodging, food and drinks in a single package. Ten resorts, ordered by how clear the announcement is: first those already showing dinner and party for 2027, then those that announced the package without detailing the dinner, and finally those that still only have the basis of the previous edition. Bahia and Alagoas hold most of them; outside the Northeast, the only package with dinner and all-inclusive party found on 10/09/2026 was in Brotas, São Paulo.

What you pay extra for at an all-inclusive New Year’s Eve
All inclusive doesn’t mean everything is in the price. These are the cases the 10/09/2026 research found:
- Taxes and transport: the 12x at Cana Brava adds taxes, and the Comandatuba room-only package doesn’t include airfare, transfer or taxes.

Which resort to choose for New Year’s Eve?
The choice depends on who you’re traveling with and how many nights you want to stay. Families have the clearest rules: Cana Brava and Pratagy give two kids free, and La Torre announces kids’ programming on the night of 12/31.
- Family with kids: Cana Brava (up to 12), Pratagy (up to 15, in parents’ room) and Comandatuba (more than 80 activities). Also see New Year’s Eve with kids.

- Nature and adventure: Cassorova, with trails, waterfalls and zipline, 217 km from São Paulo.
- A full week: Comandatuba, with a 7-night package and an option with airfare from São Paulo or Confins.

Gotchas before booking
- “From” price isn’t the New Year’s price. La Torre publishes “nightly rates from” without tying the rate to 12/31.
- Minimum stay. From 4 to 7 nights on the pages that state it. Confirm the minimum before planning the trip.
- Installment isn’t the total. Add up the installments and check whether taxes are included: at Cana Brava, the total is R$ 22,200 plus taxes (10/09/2026).
- Outdated page. The Japaratinga page still shows 2025/26 dates: confirm the dates with the resort before paying.
- Schedule changes. Costa do Sauípe hasn’t released the 2027 schedule yet; the names on the list are from the previous edition.
New Year’s Eve at a resort with kids and accessibility
A resort is the most practical format for the celebration with family: the party is just a few steps from the room. La Torre announces Mini Las Vegas Kids from 8:30 pm to 12:10 am, with kids’ casino, workshops and a silent kids’ party. Two resorts, La Torre and Cassorova, describe silent fireworks at midnight; Cana Brava announces a fireworks show.
On accessibility, none of the New Year’s pages consulted on 10/09/2026 states ramps, adapted rooms or the party location. Ask the resort in writing before booking. All kids-free offers have conditions: check age, room occupancy and guest limit.
After midnight and on January 1st
At the resort, getting back after midnight is a walk to your room. That changes the plan compared to a city New Year’s Eve, with no rideshare queue or closed-off traffic. At La Torre, the band plays from midnight to 4 am.
On January 1st, the schedule continues inside the resort. In the 2025/26 edition, the Iberostar in Praia do Forte ran a mini trio elétrico around the complex, according to Brasilturis (09/09/2025). On the Cana Brava, Cassorova and Comandatuba packages, checkout is on 01/03, which leaves two days to rest.
Weather and a plan B for summer rain
December is summer in Brazil, with heat and possible rain showers on the coast and inland. Ask the resort where the party happens if it rains: covered hall, tent or postponement of the show. The resort is the only one who can answer, because the New Year’s pages of the resorts researched don’t include a rain plan B.
How to get to the resort
Transamerica Comandatuba sells a 7-night package with airfare from São Paulo (GRU) or Confins and transfer included (official site, 10/09/2026). Cassorova is 217 km from São Paulo and 173 km from Ribeirão Preto, according to the resort itself. For the others, ask the resort for the transfer from the nearest airport and the time of the last departure before dinner, and arrive by 12/30.
