It’s the first time the singer’s Christmas tour stops in Latin America, produced by 30e with a presentation by Itaú. São Paulo got an extra date on 11/18, and both nights fall on weekdays, which changes the math on getting home.

Tickets: prices and where to buy
In São Paulo, full-price tickets run from R$ 395 for Upper Seating to R$ 9,995 for the front row of Platinum; in Rio, from R$ 495 for General Admission to R$ 1,895 for the VIP Package. In Voyage Voyage’s October 2026 survey, the cheapest half-price ticket was R$ 197.50, for Upper Seating in São Paulo.

São Paulo also has Hot Seat West and East (R$ 1,295 full price and R$ 847.50 half price, service fee included) and the R$ 500 Itaú Super Fan VIP Package, sold separately only to those who already have a Platinum, Orange, Diamond, Gold or Silver ticket. The difference between the cities is the format: in São Paulo, almost everything is numbered seating; in Rio, the show is standing room.
Which is worth it? To see the whole spectacle, which features Christmas sets and costumes, the lower seats and Gold in São Paulo offer a good view of the stage for under R$ 900. Upper Seating is the entry point, but it’s far away. In Rio, Pista Premium is worth the difference for anyone who wants to be close without paying for VIP.
Where to buy without getting scammed: only at eventim.com.br/MariahCarey or at the official box offices (Gate A at Nubank Parque, on Rua Palestra Itália, 200, and the North Box Office at Engenhão, in Rio), Tuesday to Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Resale profiles and tickets paid by PIX directly to a stranger are the most common traps at stadium shows. Half-price admission requires proof at purchase and at the gate.
What the Christmas Time show is like
Christmas Time is the spectacle Mariah Carey has brought to arenas across the United States and Europe at year’s end since 2014, with a setlist centered on her 1994 album Merry Christmas and a production featuring snow, a choir and Christmas costumes. “All I Want for Christmas Is You,” the song that returns to the top of the charts every December, is the most anticipated moment of the night. As of 10/16/2026, the organizers had not announced the setlist, runtime or opening act for the Brazilian dates.
How to get to Nubank Parque and Farmasi Arena
In São Paulo, the simplest route is the metro to Palmeiras-Barra Funda station, about 800 meters from the gates, on Line 3-Red, with connections to CPTM trains. Since the dates are Tuesday and Wednesday, the metro closes at midnight: anyone relying on it needs to leave before the show ends or plan a rideshare home, which gets expensive and slow when a packed stadium lets out.
In Rio, Farmasi Arena is in Barra’s Olympic Park, far from the South Zone. By public transit, the route is metro Line 4 to Jardim Oceânico and from there the BRT toward the Olympic Park; check the day’s line on the MOBI-Rio app or Moovit. The show is on a Saturday, so the late-night trip home is the part that hurts most.
