Windsor has the cheapest entry (Oct/2026 prices), but the party at the Leme restaurant is on the hotel’s ground floor, without the rooftop view. If you want to watch the fireworks from above, you pay more: R$ 2,500 at the Windsor rooftop or R$ 6,768 at the Isabel Lounge, on the 39th floor. At both Windsor and Hilton, the ticket doesn’t require a room at the hotel (Oct/2026).
The Windsor group also sells parties in Barra da Tijuca (Windsor Barra, R$ 1,500, and Windsor Marapendi) and in Flamengo (Windsor Florida), outside the Copacabana shoreline. All Windsor prices are for the 1st batch, valid until 11/30/2026, quoted on 10/09/2026.

What does each party’s open bar include?
The open bar varies from one party to the next: Arena lists the drinks, Copa promises Veuve Clicquot and Windsor just says “premium.” Here’s what each official page states.
- Arena Copacabana: sparkling wine, gin, sangria, wine, beer, soda, water and juice, with cold and hot cocktails.
- Copacabana Palace: beers, wines and premium spirits, mixologist drinks and Veuve Clicquot service.
- Hilton: open bar with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks at Clarice and Isabel.
- Windsor: premium open bar, with no drink list on the sales page.
- Othon: open bar and open food, with a premium cocktail at the 31st-floor party.
To pay less at Arena, the rooftop party-only ticket costs R$ 1,881, versus R$ 3,135 with dinner (Sympla, 10/06/2026).
How much does the Copacabana Palace New Year’s Eve cost?
Copacabana Palace doesn’t publish the price on the Réveillon do Copa 2027 page: bookings are made by phone with the hotel, +55 21 2548-7070. The official page confirms the party in the ballrooms and by the pool, with a banquet, premium open bar and countdown on the balcony.
For reference, in 2023 the hotel sold a four-night package for two people, with one invitation per guest, starting at R$ 38,800 2023 edition (Mercado & Eventos, Oct/2023). That’s not a 2027 price.
The party welcomes guests and visitors, and the dress code is smart casual, with white suggested.
Is there a New Year’s Eve boat party in Rio?
As of 10/09/2026, we couldn’t find an official boat party sale for the night of 12/31 with a published price in Rio. Speedboats and schooners usually leave from Marina da Glória, are sold by group and only have prices on request directly with the operator.

How to get to Rio and back from the party after midnight?
The hotel parties end at 2am (Hilton and Windsor) or 2:30am (Arena), and getting back is the hardest part of the night. If you’re staying in Copacabana or Leme, you walk back; from other neighborhoods, the special metro and ride apps have limits.
In 2026, the metro ran from 7pm to 5am only with the New Year’s pass, sold online, and Copacabana was closed to vehicles at 9pm. Stress-free arrival on New Year’s Eve
- Flight: Rio has two airports, Galeão (GIG) and Santos Dumont (SDU); compare cash and miles fares on FlipMilhas and try to arrive by the 30th.
- Transfer: Civitatis lists transfers in Rio from R$ 107.56 (quoted on 10/09/2026); the final price depends on the route.
- Car: on the night of the 31st, driving to Copacabana isn’t worth it. To extend the trip afterward, compare rental companies on Rentcars.

What nobody tells you about hotel New Year’s Eve parties
The sales rules matter more than the ticket price: they change who gets in, where you sit and when you can cancel. These come from the official pages.
- Being a guest doesn’t get you into the party: at the Hilton, the ticket is sold separately, and the restaurants and Isabel have access suspended for guests during setup hours.
- Shared table: at Windsor and Hilton, the hotel assigns seats; to have a table to yourself, buy all the seats at it.
- Batch: Windsor’s 1st batch is valid until 11/30/2026, and Hilton warns that prices change without prior notice.
- Cancellation at Arena: Sympla accepts requests up to 7 days after purchase, as long as it’s made up to 48 hours before the party.
